Em que situações nós usamos cada um?
Will
– “I will” é usado quando decidimos fazer algo na hora em que estamos falando:
What would you like to drink? I will have a pineapple juice,
please.
– Você também pode usar WILL para antecipar o futuro.
She will pass on her driver’s test.
– Quando você se oferece para fazer alguma coisa:
Your grocery bags look heavy. I’ll help you carry them. (NÃO “I HELP”…)
– Quando você concorda em fazer algo:
Thanks for lending me the book. I will return it on Monday.
– Quando promete fazer algo.
– Pedindo a alguém para fazer algo para você: Will you…?
– Quando alguém se recusa a fazer alguma coisa.
Shall
Shall é geralmente usado em perguntas: “Shall I?”, “Shall we”?
– Usamos para pedir a opinião de alguém: Shall I shut the door?
– Em geral, usamos SHALL somente com I e WE (não he/she/it/they).
Note que se nós usamos “shut the door” com cada um dos dois verbos, o sentido da frase é alterado:
Will you shut the door? (Sugere que você QUER que a pessoa feche a porta.)
Shall I shut the door? (Você pergunta à pessoa se ela quer que você feche a porta.)

Will

Shall
Shall is generally used in questions: “Shall I, Shall we”?
– We use it to ask someone’s opinion: Shall I shut the door?
– Generally, we only use SHALL with I and WE (not he/she/it/they).
Notice, if we use “shut the door” with each of the two verbs, the meaning of the sentence changes:
Will you shut the door? (This suggests that you WANT the person to
shut the door.)
Shall I shut the door? (This is asking if the person wants me to shut the door.)

Pode sim, Valdevez. Mas geralmente usamos SHALL com I e WE.
(com he/she/it/they soa bastante formal ou cerimonial).
