Quando usar For, During e While

Have you ever been confused when you see these words:

for, during, and while?

If so, I have prepared something that will help you when writing or speaking in English.

For – We use for + a period of time so we could say HOW LONG something goes on.
For two hours, for three days, for a week, etc

During – We use during + a noun to say WHEN something happens.

During the holidays, during vacation, etc…
I fell asleep during class.
I was asleep for an hour.

as for during and while:
During + Noun (I fell asleep during class)
While + Subject + Verb (I fell asleep while I was in class)
