This role involves full administrative support to the General Manager (GM) Sales & Marketing
Western Europe (WE) and intensive relations with the countries of the Western European region
taking on the following activities:
– Create, manage and follow up a Regional Western Europe Business Calendar including
customer/ county/ product plans to drive the success of the regions
– Analyze business totals on product level for input to the demand forecast and inventory
management process
– Establish and update overviews and status reports to propose actions to the GM WE
– Monitor budgets on monthly and yearly basis (including support on Monthly Sales &
Profit Outlook and KPI score card management for the Region WE)
– Organize regional and country meetings and prepare presentations
– Assist the GM in additional projects and perform ad hoc administrative tasks when required
– Organize the GM’s calendar, book all relevant travels and manage expenses
Your ideal profile:
– Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Human Resources with 2-3 year work experience
in a similar role
– Able to work and manage several projects and tasks in parallel and to meet deadlines
also in stressful times
– Self motivated, pro-active and flexible person with the ability to act in best quality
and quickly and willingness to travel from time to time
– Fluent in English and German with excellent communication and presentation skills,
other languages such as French and Italian would be beneficial
– Very good PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with Lotus
Notes and SAP.
