Is it ok for a head of state to be multilingual?

Recently I could notice that a US presidential candidate was criticised for speaking French.

Yet past US presidents were not all that bad at foreign languages.

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh speak fluent French.

So what could be unpatriotic about speaking more than on language?

What are your thoughts on that?
